Seminar Focus
Instruction will cover All Japan Kendo Federation (ZNKR) Seitei Iaido, with emphasis on:
- Seitei Iaido kata instruction and refinement
- Proper posture, hasuji, metsuke, and zanshin
- Timing, distancing, and awareness
- Individual correction and technical feedback
- Training methodology for long-term improvement
